The Floridians

Big Travel day. We caught our Southwest Airlines flight to Florida at 10:00 AM and I have to say they are the one of the best carriers we have flown. The Phoenix airport is huge and a real education in air travel. Made it to Florida & the weather is great here. Was pretty chilly this AM at Apache Jctn, about 60F. The rental car is a Grand Marquis, biggest trunk in North America and holds all 5 large suitcases. Bought some Florida highways on the way here, they are toll roads & we had to pass thru 3 toll booths. We got to the house, sort of using the new GPS. By sort of I mean we keyed a nearby address as the area is so new it doesn't appear on the system. The house is the real deal. A large 5 bedroom, 4 bath, pool, you name it, in a gated community. We had lots of fun with the gate controls with the keypad, but we figured it out. Then the keypad for the key at the front entry. Here we are, in the land of citrus fruit, rockets, bikes & Mickey Mouse, stay tuned we are here to have fun, fun, fun.
