Nice day 86F/30C today. Went to Saguaro [sah-ware-ooh] lake with Ron & Sue for lunch. A nice drive up through the pass and great scenery. The lake is 10 miles long, full of fish and has a real nice marina. Food was good at the marina restaurant & we had lots of laughs. From the highway on the way we saw water shooting in the air about 15 miles away; so went over to check it out. Turns out it is a fountain in the town centre at Fountain Hills. Gee I wonder how they thought of that name. It turns out that Fountain Hills is a trendy/artsy place even more so than Scottsdale and the fountain was spectacular. Nice area, but some of the homes are still pretty pricey, saw several listed for over $1 million. After getting back, quick cocktails at Kenny & Doris' place, BBQ steaks for dinner and then Marg was off to bingo. She scored a win, so her lucky streak is intact.
