Last Stand hill
The day was a hot one, when we were on the hill it was 84F with no breeze. I'm not sure how hot it was in June 1876 when the battle took place, but it must have been awful. I never took a picture of it but there is also a horse burial site on the hill.
The other thing is - you stay on the pathways, they have lots of rattlers in the area to greet anyone who wanders off.
