Well the weather has cooled off quite a bit, I think it was only about 79F today. Almost had to go back to long pants, LOL. Tomorrow it is supposed to be a high of 72, we may have to go back to wearing parka's -- NOT! We got up and went to Harbour Freight where there was supposed to be a huge sale. Alas, I couldn't find anything that I would stand in the long cash lines for. Then we went to Big Lots where Marg got some stuff like a cleaner that she has been seeking. Nothing exciting. After lunch we decided to liven things up and went to Bass Pro shop in Mesa. It is huge and the deals on boats there are unbelievable. We talked about selling our boat this summer and then buying a new one when we come down next winter. The pontoon boats & bass boats are where the real deals are, less than $20K for some real nice stuff. Managed to pick up a few hooks that will be sure fire winners when we get out for walleye this spring. It's such a huge store it is hard to describe, perhaps their web site has some pics. It's really not that far from here, now that's how we know we've been here a long time. At the start of the season we don't go there because it is too far, LOL! Forgot to go for cocktails this pm, but must remember either tomorrow or Tuesday as Larry & Nancy leave on Wed of this week. Also forgot to go to the big Az fish & game show. We were really miffed about that as we had a very good time there last year. After a bbq dinner, Marg went to play 31 with the card players. Usually they play after the ice cream social, but alas they are no more. Did she win, no, but she knocked out some of the veteran players, so must have had fun.
