Friday the 6th

Nice day today, but cooler, it got up to 72F. Hung around the park this AM & Dave got the Telus email working - hooray. Tried the oven to make rolls for lunch, it works great. Went to the Mesa Flea Market and picked up a few things. This market covers 55 acres so very large with something like 1,600 vendors. It seemed to us the deals were better than the one in Yuma. They had the usual array of ceramic turtles, iron yard ornaments & genuine chinese tools. Dave Trout called and we went with them to the Mammoth Saloon. It's a little way out of town in the gold mining ghost town. They brought another couple from Stony Plain that were staying with them. The entertainment was a guy & his wife, both singing & they were good. Our waitress was a hoot. A laughter filled evening for all. Lots of drinks all around, I even had 2 margaritas. Then back to the m'home for coffee & dessert. A good day.
